⛔ STOP reducing customer experience (CX) too far.

First customer journey.
Then to engagement.
And finally, to NBA.

That is where the confusion starts.

⭕ CX is not customer journey.
Customer journey is what we assume about customer based on some observations.

⭕ CX is not engagement.
Engagement is only one way the business interacts with the customer.

⭕ CX is not NBA.
NBA is only one possible outcome of one decision. #CustomerDecisioning

CX is bigger than all.

It is the customer's lived experience of how the business decides.

Not just what message gets sent.
Not just what offer comes next.
But how the business prices, approves, prioritizes, escalates, serves, and responds.

That is the real issue.

🚩 Most #CX thinking is still process-first or data-first.
It starts from journeys, touchpoints, and signals.

But customers do not experience your process map.
They experience the consequences of your decisions.

A bad decision with good engagement is still bad CX.
A well-timed NBA without alignment is still as bad. #CustomerExperience

💣 If you want to improve CX, stop approaching it from data or process -first angle.

Put the decision at the center.

Because CX is not the engagement layer.
And it is not the NBA layer.

💡 CX is the outcome of all the business decisions wrapped around the customer.
